Making Leaf Bowls with Patti Serfling and Karin Kyte
Saturday, June 7, 10am - 2 pm
Come have fun with rhubarb leaves! In this class you will make a permanent memento of spring, casting actual rhubarb leaves (or other leaves of your choice) in mortar to create bowls, platters, wall hangings and much more. Once you have cast your leaves, you will paint them with acrylic paints. All tools and materials will be provided but come prepared to get messy! Bring an apron and feel free to bring your own acrylic paints if you would like to use them. The process will take approximately 3-4 hours, with some time for lunch while things dry. Come for fun and fellowship and take home a beautiful piece of art.
$30 Location: Patti Serfling's home in Beulah. Address will be provided when you register.
